Addiction

Join TruckBeat at a special gathering in Harriman on July 14th

We'll hear stories of addiction and recovery, and learn how Roane County and other communities in the Knoxville region are experimenting with innovative solutions to the opioid epidemic. We'll play audio and video stories TruckBeat has produced about the drug crisis, and WUOT News Director Matt Shafer Powell will moderate a discussion with health experts, lawmakers and other invited guests.

Visit the TruckBeat story-truck to share your own story of addiction and recovery, and get your free portrait taken in our photobooth by Shawn Poynter Photography

Music will be provided by the Old City Buskers: http://www.oldcitybuskers.com/
